The Workshop on
"Science, Technology, and Innovation Hemispheric
Policy Development to Increase Competitiveness in
the Productive Sector" was held in Buenos Aires,
Argentina, November 17 - 19, 2003. The
Secretariat of Science and Technology (SECYT)
of Argentina and the Office of Science and
Technology of the OAS coordinated this Workshop in
which experts from eleven Member States and
international cooperation agencies participated
