As stated in Article 22 of SIM Bylaws, among other responsibilities, it is within the Council’s authority to fulfill and enforce the recommendations of the General Assembly; to convene the ordinary meetings of the General Assembly; to draft the yearly activity schedule; to elaborate and approve SIM budget; to enter agreements with national and international entities; to designate SIM representatives before government, entities, conferences, as well as national and international organizations and to constitute work-groups.
